Clients working with the Community Stabilization Case Manager (CSCM) regarding mental health stabilization are offered individualized mental health counseling. Counseling is provided to stabilize major mental health crisis and a variety of needs. Each client is different and treatment is created with the counselor to create realistic goals to move them further toward emotional well-being. The CSCM provides case management services for individuals that need domestic violence advocacy, financial management, and homelessness prevention while dealing with various systems our population may be involved in.
