Family Outings
The Elizabeth Stone House Family Outings Program offers our families the chance to engage in family-centered activities that they might not be able to afford otherwise. We offer events designed for larger groups of families to participate in together – plays and other performances, day trips to amusement parks, or interesting historical sites, for example. We also provide individual or smaller groups of families opportunities for more individualized time together. We facilitate these activities by supplying family passes, when they are available, to sites in the Boston area reachable by public transportation, including Franklin Park Zoo, the Boston Children’s Museum, and the New England Aquarium. Transportation to and from events is paid for by the Stone House.
