From Interstate 95:

Take the Exit for Rte. 9 Eastbound (toward Boston). Follow Rte. 9 for several miles to Brookline. You will see signs and an overpass for the Jamaicaway. Go under the overpass and take a RIGHT onto South Huntington Ave. (there is a gas station on the corner). Take S. Huntington for approximately 1-2 miles. Take a LEFT onto Perkins St. (there is a light). Follow Perkins St. for about a mile (it goes through a tiny rotary and turns into Center St.). You will pass the Jackson Square T station. Take the next RIGHT onto Columbus Ave. At the first stoplight, take a LEFT onto Dimock St. Go to the top of the hill. Take a RIGHT onto Notre Dame St. We are the big blue building on the corner of Notre Dame and Dimock. Go to the bottom of the hill and park in the lot on the left. Ring the "OFFICE" bell on the middle set of doors.

           
From Downtown Boston via 93/Fitzgerald Expressway:
                                   
Take Exit 18, labeled "MASS AVE/ROXBURY". Head straight off the exit ramp and follow signs for Roxbury/Mass. Ave/Melnea Cass Blvd.  Stay on Melnea Cass Blvd. for 9/10th of a mile.  Turn left on to Tremont Street (Ruggles Station will be directly across the intersection).  Continue on Tremont St. (it turns into Columbus Ave without notice-- along the way you will pass Roxbury Community College and Jackson Square Station).  1.4 Miles, turn left on to Dimock Street, drive up the hill through the Dimock Health Center Campus, then turn right on to Notre Dame Street.

The Transitional Housing Program (THP) is in a large blue building on the corner of Dimock and Notre Dame.  There is off street parking at the end of the building (8 Notre Dame Street).  The entrance to the building is on the Notre Dame side. Ring the bell marked "Office".

Public Transportation:

Take the Orange Line to Jackson Square Station.  Turn left out of the station on to Centre Street. Walk to the 1st light at the intersection of Centre and Columbus Ave., turn right on to Columbus.  Walk to the 1st light, intersection of Columbus and Dimock. Turn left on to Dimock, walk up the hill turn right on to Notre Dame.  Ring the "office" bell in the middle of the big blue building on the left, 8 Notre Dame Street. Approximately 10-15 minutes walking time.
